Price Benowitz LLP was built on the understanding that comprehensive representation means making sure clients are satisfied not only with their choice of attorney, but with their choice of firm as a whole. That’s why from the first moment a client contacts us, we put the full support of the firm behind them. Our client management team makes sure every client is set up with the attorney best suited to meet their needs. With offices throughout Maryland, DC and Virginia, we are well equipped to handle a wide variety of cases in the Mid-Atlantic region.

David Benowitz is one of the founding partners of Price Benowitz LLP and is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has a successful track record fighting for his clients. For over 22 years David Benowitz has aggressively and thoroughly represented clients in both local and federal courts. He’s also involved in the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, which is an organization that helps to defend and exonerate those who were wrongfully accused and convicted.

Price Benowitz’s Baltimore office is headed by Oleg Fastovsky. He also handles criminal defense cases such as DUI, domestic violence, and gun charges. The firm has attorneys Seth Okin and Virginia Tehrani working with clients on criminal cases in Maryland as well.

In addition to criminal defense, Price Benowitz LLP helps clients who are dealing with personal injury cases, immigration issues, trusts & estate planning, and family law matters. These family law matters include divorce litigation, child custody arrangements, and marital agreements.
