MICA’s Summer Art Camp, the region’s only camp completely devoted to the fine and visual arts, offers morning and afternoon courses, as well as options for before-care, lunch, and after-care for grades K-8. For high school students, MICA’s unique Portfolio Preparation courses help serious young artists ready their portfolios to be competitive among art- and design-college applicants and aspiring fine-arts majors. MICA conducts Summer Art Camp at both its Mount Royal campus in midtown Baltimore and at the St. Paul’s School in Brooklandville. Five sessions at each location, June 11-Aug. 3. Rates vary.
