The Interventional Pain Institute (IPI) provides holistic, multimodal approaches to help patients with both the neurologic and orthopedic conditions that cause pain. Dr. Maneesh C. Sharma, chief medical officer, works with patients to establish individually tailored treatment plans that get to the root causes of pain, rather than just masking it. IPI uses the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, including complementary and regenerative medicine approaches, to ensure that each patient receives the relief they seek.

Dr. Sharma, who completed an anesthesiology residency and a fellowship in interventional pain management at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, remains active in teaching and research internationally to stay at the forefront of the field. IPI practices medical care with compassion and is also a one-stop shop offering addiction counseling, physical therapy, and medical cannabis recommendations.
