Johns Hopkins-trained surgeons Dr. Ira D. Papel, Dr. Theda C. Kontis, and Dr. Emile N. Brown offer a full spectrum of industry-leading cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Drs. Papel and Kontis are board-certified facial plastic surgeons, with exclusive focus on the face and neck. Dr. Brown performs full-body plastic surgery, with specialized training in cosmetic breast surgery.

In practice since 1987, Dr. Papel is known both locally and internationally for his expertise in primary and revision rhinoplasty, in addition to facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Kontis joined the practice in 1994. In addition to performing facial rejuvenation surgeries, Dr. Kontis is a nationally recognized expert in Botox® and facial filler injections.

Dr. Brown joined the practice in 2017 after completing an advanced fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery at Harvard. The practice is now pleased to offer full-body plastic surgery, in addition to comprehensive skin care and laser services.
