Fit Club

Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at BeachFit Baltimore

Fit Club's first event kicked off at BeachFit Baltimore on January 22. Fitness fans practiced their surf skills on land in this challenging class that tones the body through dynamic stabilization and various balance exercises. The unique 50-minute class offered attendees the chance to try a new workout in one of Baltimore’s best boutique gyms.

A post-class happy hour had guests interacting and sharing their love of Baltimore and its fitness community. Our friends at Truly provided post-sweat hard seltzers of all flavors and even surprised guests with branded water bottles and yoga mats. Lululemon created swag bags for all and two lucky winners took home new athletic clothes from their raffle. Whole Foods Harbor East contributed KIND bars to fuel an amazing class.

The event beneficiary, NAMI Metro, seeks to raise awareness, provide education, and offer support to individuals and their loved ones battling mental health illnesses.
