Fit Club

Fitness fans got their sweat on with MEGAfit on March 26. They tackled and perfected the Megaformer machine, a Lagree piece of equipment that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility training. As first-time MEGAfitters, attendees had the chance to experience an all new, free workout, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones and into a new way of working out.

We enjoyed a post-sweat happy hour where guests refreshed and replenished with Truly hard seltzers and KIND bars from Whole Foods. Our friends at lululemon provided guests with gift bags filled with some special surprises.

The event beneficiary, NAMI Metro, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with mental illness. NAMI offers family support, peer education, public education, and advocacy to aid in the battle against mental illness and the stigma surrounding these sicknesses.

Thank you to Becky Stavely for capturing great photos of such a fit, fun group!
