Spike Gjerde’s newest brainchild showcases his signature farm-to-fork style and love of local ingredients. The converted car and tire-repair shop now serves as a homey dining space for guests to enjoy uniquely butchered cuts of meat combined with open-hearth cooking. Takeaway items such as locally sourced meats and house-made pickled and canned goods are sold at the butcher shop up front, open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
