<p>The Fells Point boutique is throwing an in-store&nbsp;party for customers Friday, September 5. At the event, which will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., attendees will be the first to see (and to buy!) the shop’s brand new&nbsp;<a href="http://https://www.facebook.com/babeaboutique/photos/a.241830121483.139908.64850431483/10152661153851484/?type=1&#038;theater">Baltimore Babe anniversary tanks</a>.</p>
<p>All customers will receive&nbsp;a store-wide discount, and the first 30 will score gift bags filled with items from&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ellamoss.com">Ella Moss</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.shop.knotsisters.com">Knot Sisters</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://us.mavi.com">Mavi</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.splendid.com">Splendid</a>, and even&nbsp;more of your favorite brands!&nbsp;Attendees will also have the chance to win raffle prizes, which will include two pairs or&nbsp;<a href="http://www.dl1961.com">DL1961</a> denim.</p>
<p>Party-goers will also enjoy flash tattoos, a photo booth, cocktails, and delicious&nbsp;snacks catered by&nbsp;<a href="http://www.baltimorecakery.com">Baltimore Cakery</a>.</p>

<p>Although we’ll miss the convenience of the shop’s Baltimore location (811 Aliceanna St.)&mdash;which officially closed on Sunday, August 24&mdash;we’ll still have access to some of the same great styles (from lines&nbsp;like&nbsp;<a href="http://www.bbdakota.com">BB Dakota</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ellamoss.com">Ella Moss</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://finderskeepersthelabel.com.au">Finders Keepers</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.joie.com">Joie</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://keepsakethelabel.com.au">Keepsake</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.shoshanna.com">Shoshanna</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.tibi.com">Tibi</a>, and,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.urbanchiconline.com/designers/womens-designers">so many more</a>)&nbsp;at Urban Chic’s original, 10-year-old storefront in Georgetown (1626 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Washington, DC<em>)</em><em>. </em>And it you can&#8217;t make the trek to D.C., husband-and-wife team of owners Chris and Lindsay Buscher&nbsp;plan&nbsp;to launch an Ecommerce store in the near future.</p>
<p>After debuting in Georgetown in 2004, Urban Chic came to Baltimore in 2007 as one of the first independently owned retailers in Harbor East (the couple temporarily opened up&nbsp;shop in other areas, including Bethesda and Fairfax, VA).</p>
<p>Since opening, the Baltimore boutique has hosted several pop-up shops (like&nbsp;<a href="http://www.mandalynnswim.com">Mandalynn</a> swimwear and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.laurenmerkin.com">Lauren Merkin</a> handbags), trunk shows (<a href="http://www.alexmikajewelry.com">Alex Mika</a> jewelry,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.agjeans.com">AG Jeans</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cynthiasteffe.com/main.php">Cynthia Steffe</a>), holiday and seasonally-themed shopping&nbsp;events, wine and canvas parties, and more.</p>
