Last year’s boat bar crawl event didn’t work out as planned, so the boardwalk tour is back.

“We had great success two years ago,” says Ryan Evans, event coordinator for Lindy Promotions. “We hope to bring tourists and locals down for a great day at the beach.”

Between 1-9 p.m., the Ocean City Boardwalk Bar Tour will feature some great drink and food specials from some of Ocean City’s best bars and restaurants.

The bars and restaurants that are taking part in the event include Brass Balls Saloon, Caribbean Pool Bar, Connor’s Beach Cafe, Guidos Burritos, Peppers Tavern, Hammerheads on the Beach, Shenanigan’s Irish Pub, and Cowboy Coast.

Drink specials include $2 Coors Lights, $3 Summer Shandy’s, $3 Redd’s Apple Ales, $3 Blue Moons, and various shot specials.

The tour will start with a pre-party and registration at Shenanigan’s Irish Pub from 1-4 p.m. Make sure to be one of the first 500 participants because you’ll receive a free event koozie and other beach-themed giveaways.

Then, bar hoppers can meet at the newly open Cowboy Coast for a post-party from 6-9 p.m., which includes a disc jockey, specials, contests, and more giveaways.

Tickets for the event are $5 and can be purchased online. You can also buy a ticket the day of at Shenanigan’s Irish Pub, but at a higher price.

There is no better way to enjoy your day off.
