Touch of Smiles Dental Care opened in 2007 under the leadership of Dr. Susan Ra. Currently the practice has five team members and eight operatories within its modern, fully digital office. Known as a highly skilled, compassionate dentist supported by a caring staff, Dr. Ra values the trusting relationships she develops with her patients over time, the success of which is evidenced by the number of referrals she receives from happy current patients.

Touch of Smiles Dental Care puts patients first, offering a choice of sedation options to calm nervous patients and individualized treatment to meet each person’s smile care needs. The office uses only the latest technology, and Dr. Ra is unique in that she does full-mouth rehabilitation (including implant placement), root canal treatment, adult orthodontics, high-end cosmetic veneers, and complicated cases.

Dr. Ra has been named a Baltimore ”Top Dentist” in 2023, 2024, 2025, and now 2026, and is a founding member of the women’s networking organization, Mommy Dentists in Business.
