At Chase Brexton Health Care, we believe everyone’s health matters.

Founded in 1978 as a gay men’s health clinic, today we provide access to health care to over 53,000 patients in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Howard counties, as well as in Easton on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

We are a primary care clinic offering medical care, psychiatric and behavioral health services, obstetrics/gynecology, dental care, pharmacy, lab, and social services to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality, and integrated health care that respects the unique needs of each patient and advances wellness in the communities we serve.

You can help by donating to the Hope Lives Here fund, where all donations are earmarked to reduce obstacles to care. Other ways to help include supporting our Baltimore and Annapolis Galas, donating to our Every Meal Matters program, or through philanthropic gifts.
