Baltimore Lab School, located in the Charles Village neighborhood of Baltimore, is a co-educational, nonpublic school that for more than 25 years has helped bright students (grades 1–12) with dyslexia, ADHD, and language-based learning differences excel—growing in confidence, curiosity, and joy. With small classes averaging just six students, the school pairs innovative, arts-integrated instruction grounded in research with intensive, structured reading instruction designed to build essential literacy skills. Speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, and executive function coaching are woven directly into the school day. A proven college and career preparation path guides students toward life after graduation, with 85 percent of graduates going on to enroll in college. Baltimore Lab School also offers a four-week summer program blending targeted academics with hands-on, creative learning to keep students engaged all summer long. Here, students who learn differently discover what’s possible when school truly fits.
