On October 11, more than 200 guests joined us in shining a light on the people and organizations that are creating positive change in Baltimore at Baltimore Center Stage. We gathered to hear from some of the people who devote their energy, time, and talent to making Baltimore thrive.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed light bites, wine, and beer, while mingling and sharing their hopes for a better future for Baltimore. Speakers included Jacob Hodes of Brown Advisory, Paul Kappel of Junior Achievement, Ami Taubenfeld of Itineris, and Franklyn Baker of United Way of Central Maryland. Ashley Mancinelli, VP of Philanthropy of the Baltimore Community Foundation, facilitated our incredible panel of GameChangers including Shelonda Stokes of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Cherie Brooks of Power52 Foundation, and Jamye Wooten of CLLCTIVILY. Left feeling inspired from the incredible speakers, we invited guests to network with coffee and dessert before ending the evening.
Baltimore GameChangers’ mission is to shine a light on the people and organizations that are creating positive change in Baltimore. In doing so, we intend to change the perception of Baltimore and inspire others to act in ways that benefit our community.
