Baltimore GameChangers Event
Tuesday, September 21 at The Cove at Citron
On Tuesday, September 21, guests joined us at the Cove at Citron to honor those featured in our Baltimore GameChangers special publication. The evening was filled with hope and inspiration, as we celebrated this year’s GameChangers.
Guests enjoyed networking, passed hors d’oeuvres, and cocktails on the patio while taking in the scenic view of Quarry Lake. Living Classrooms president and CEO, James Bond, kicked off our programming, followed by Jimmy’s Seafood president, John Minadakis. Our panel, moderated by Baltimore Community Foundation’s Dr. Shanaysha Sauls, included Troy Staton of More than a Shop, Amina Osman Weiskerger of ShareBaby, and Camren Del Guercio of The Maryland Food Bank. The themes of perseverance, giving back, and Baltimore’s strength in community radiated throughout the programming.
Baltimore GameChangers’ mission is to shine a light on the people and organizations who are creating positive change in Baltimore. In doing so, we intend to change the perception of Baltimore and inspire others to act in ways that benefit our community.
