Parenting During a Pandemic: Providing Your Kids Certainty Amidst Uncertainty

Presented by Sheppard Pratt

On July 23, Sheppard Pratt licensed clinicians Meagan Herman and Chelsea Hayas-Keller joined Baltimore for a conversation about parenting during a pandemic and the best practices for providing children and parents with certainty amidst uncertainty. They discussed ideas for connecting with your child, healthy ways to help your child cope with disappointment, tips for helping your child manage anxiety, and how to address your own anxiety and stress.
