Project Plase

3601 Old Frederick Rd., Baltimore, MD 21229

Project PLASE (People Lacking Ample Shelter and Employment) addresses homelessness in Baltimore by providing temporary and permanent housing and supportive services to homeless adults and families. We serve the most vulnerable and underserved, including families, veterans, ex-offenders, and persons with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, addiction, and developmental disabilities, etc. We treat, restore and rehabilitate the whole person, and empower each individual to function at the highest level possible.

Project PLASE has been serving the Baltimore homeless community for over 45 years, serving and housing 1,500 individuals annually, and is committed to providing our clients with well-rounded support, ensuring all barriers to housing stability are overcome. Our motto is “Housing & Hope for Baltimore’s Most Vulnerable,” and we believe those with the most need deserve the most help.

Our fundraising initiatives include annual giving, an Annual Blanket Ball Fundraiser, event sponsors, corporate donors and partners, and donation drives. To get involved, email or call Jordan Villalobos at 410-837-1400 extension 121, about donating or volunteering. Our link for donations is projectplase.org/donate.
