Rick Byrd and Michael Weinstein began Prime Development in 2021 as two friends leveraging their talents, Byrd as a general contractor, licensed builder, and licensed real estate broker, and Weinstein as a mortgage loan officer. They began by investing in underdeveloped/underserved neighborhoods in Baltimore City and are now a fast-growing company with a network of private investors and a robust pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects.
