For more than 175 years, Springboard Community Services has transformed lives by making mental health care accessible to all. Our licensed therapists, case managers, and advocates provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that meets people where they are—whether through counseling, housing support, or crisis response.

Each year, Springboard delivers thousands of counseling sessions and case management services, helping individuals manage anxiety, improve family relationships, and find stability during life’s most difficult moments. In 2024, we helped more than 1,400 victims of crime, delivered 11,200 counseling sessions, and offered thousands of families a path forward.

With offices in Baltimore, Bel Air, Columbia, and Westminster, and as the on-site provider at Child Advocacy Centers in Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties, we ensure that mental health care is accessible to all, affordable, and responsive to community needs.
