MALARKEY PERLIN, LLC

Emily C. Malarkey and Ryan S. Perlin are widely recognized not only for their results in the courtroom, but also for their leadership in the legal and civic community. Building on decades of experience representing injury victims, they recently founded Malarkey Perlin, LLC, a boutique trial firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results with a personal approach in cases involving life-changing injuries.

Malarkey is a past president of the Maryland Association for Justice, the state’s plaintiffs’ lawyer organization, where she continues to educate trial lawyers and advocate before the Maryland General Assembly on issues affecting tort victims. She also serves as an educational speaker and leader within the trial bar.

Perlin recently completed terms as president of the board of directors for Disability Rights Maryland, a legal advocacy nonprofit representing the rights of people with disabilities, and as president of the Alumni Board of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. He serves on the board of governors of the Maryland Association for Justice.

Together, Malarkey and Perlin are deeply committed to strengthening the legal profession, improving access to justice for victims of negligence and malpractice, and mentoring the next generation of lawyers, while remaining active and engaged in the Baltimore, greater Maryland, and D.C. legal communities.
