Women Who Move Maryland 2026
Women are an essential part of the engine that makes our region thrive. In our annual section that follows, Women Who Move Maryland, we spotlight women professionals who play a leading role in Baltimore and beyond. This year, we are delighted to announce our partnership with The Well+Hon’s Honey, which will receive a portion of the section’s proceeds.
For more than 15 years, The Well has been providing a loving, healing community to women in Baltimore through long-term relationships, practical programs, and the healing power of love. A well has traditionally been a meeting place for women; The Well continues that tradition, drawing women together in a safe haven where they
can rebuild their lives. The Well offers programs and resources and pathways to meaningful work and financial independence.
Hon’s Honey is The Well’s social enterprise, which crafts natural bath and body products, home accessories, and delicious honey. Handcrafted in Baltimore by women survivors of trauma—addiction, trafficking, generational poverty, and abuse—proceeds from all Hon’s Honey products directly sustain wages for employed women survivors. Before being employed at Hon’s Honey, women commit to a holistic
healing process through a life development program, free counseling, workshops, and building community at The Well.
At The Well+Hon’s Honey, healing, second chances, and new chapters are made possible. Baltimore is pleased to partner with this organization to bring you this year’s Women Who Move Maryland.
