Aug. 21-30: Artscape Online Artists’ Market

If you missed Artscape as much as we did this summer, now is your chance to browse the works of local makers whose booths would have lined Mt. Royal Avenue on inevitably the hottest weekend of the summer. Organizers with the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts have put together a virtual artists’ market for locals to support 75 sculptors, painters, illustrators, designers, jewelry makers, and other local creatives this year. To celebrate the launch, participants Priyanka Kumar, Christopher and Rikiesha Metzger, and Qwishuna Smith will engage in a Virtual Artist Cafe talk streaming on BOPA’s Facebook and Youtube pages from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21.
