On this week’s episode, Crust by Mack chef/owner Amanda Mack joins us in studio to discuss her favorite fall baking recipes, food advocacy initiatives, and expansion plans that will begin with a new brick-and-mortar bakery opening at Whitehall Mill in Hampden next year.
Mack is also a huge champion for the local food scene, one of the many women who are active in the Just Call Me Chef movement empowering female chefs of color, and a mom of three.
