We are now accepting nominations for the 2026 Junior Achievement 18 Under 18 awards.

In partnership with Baltimore magazine, Junior Achievement’s 18 Under 18 awards profile the area’s next leaders. Previous classes have included students with a variety of interests that reflect the diversity of their generation—from scientists and athletes to activists and social media creators. These students are innovating and achieving at a level that belies their youth—using their talents to create art, run their own nonprofits, assist senior citizens, spread public health messaging, and more. They are, in a word, remarkable.

Winners will be featured in the May 2026 issue of Baltimore magazine and honored at an awards ceremony hosted by Junior Achievement in May 2026. Additionally, recipients will become part of the JA 18U Rising Leadership Program, a 12-month mentorship initiative which aims to enrich their leadership skills and strengthen their network. Most activities and events will be held after school.

Nominations close November 10, 2025. We only accept nominations for students in grades 6-11.
