CHLOE JONES
Small in stature and only 12, Chloe is making big, positive changes at Waverly Elementary/Middle School and in her community. She excels in science and art and dreams of being a veterinarian and a principal ballet dancer. Her dancing with the Anna Apicella School of Dance has earned her awards, solo performances, and roles in the 2024 Nutcracker Magical Ballet at the Hippodrome Theatre. She sings with her family’s gospel group and has won awards for her art, science, and Lego engineering projects at the Baltimore City 4-H Youth Expo and the Maryland State Fair.
A Baltimore City 4-H STEAM Program Ambassador and president of the Waverly Star Wars 4-H STEAM Program, Chloe uses her leadership and mentoring skills to share her joy for science by teaching younger students to code or do robotics, assisting senior citizens with cell phones, and advocating for the environment.
