Board-certified dermatologists Dr. Margaret Weiss, Dr. Karen Beasley, and Dr. Claire Noelle of Maryland Dermatology Laser, Skin & Vein (MDLSV) draw from their combined 70+ years of experience to provide expert personalized care to their patients.

Dr. Weiss, co-director of MDLSV, specializes in cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, and treatment of varicose and spider veins. She is nationally recognized as an expert injector of neuromodulators and fillers. She is past president of the Maryland Dermatologic Society, served on the board of directors for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and co-founded the Maryland Body Sculpting Center.

After studying pre-med at Princeton University and receiving her B.A. and M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Weiss was chief resident at Hopkins and later an assistant professor of dermatology. Currently, she is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she also conducts clinical trials and contributes to publications.

Dr. Beasley is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, from which she graduated with honors prior to her dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a keen aesthetic eye and is especially skilled at delivering natural-looking results. Dr. Beasley specializes in skin rejuvenation, injectable fillers, vein therapy, and the advanced treatment of scarring, acne, and sun damage. With Drs. Robert and Margaret Weiss, she co-authored a definitive textbook on vein treatment and is extremely involved in developing new products and facilitating FDA approval for many popular treatments.

Dr. Noelle earned her M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine, later completing a dermatology residency and internship at Tufts Medical Center and an aesthetic dermatology fellowship at MDLSV. She focuses on lasers and light-based procedures, complex medical dermatology, non-invasive body contouring, sclerotherapy, melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, pigmentary disorders, and rosacea.
