Roberta’s House Family Grief Support Center

928 E. North Ave., Baltimore, MD 21202

Roberta’s House addresses grief as a public health issue: We believe all children and families suffering the loss or death of a loved one should have support and a safe place to heal and recover.

Our programs are open to all who are grieving the loss of someone close to them, including those lost to homicide, infant and perinatal loss, accidents, suicide, or overdose. Roberta’s House’s volunteers are a wonderful gift to the community: Our team consists of a dedicated group who come from all walks of life, and provide a confidential setting to facilitate the emotional, physical, and spiritual healing for grieving children and families where grief can be expressed and experienced safely.

Roberta’s House also operates community outreach programs that offer grief intervention for schools, human service providers, and organizations in the event of sudden or traumatic death, as well as educational training and technical assistance for community groups, churches, and health care practitioners.

Our key fundraising initiatives include the Annual Crab Feast, 2022 Elijah Cummings Awards Dinner, Homestretch Capital Campaign, Healing Hearts and Minds Annual Fund Drive, Giving Tuesday, and direct mail and email campaigns. To support us, go to robertashouse.org/give.
