An industry veteran with two decades of experience, Morgan Gilligan has been in a senior role at Stewart Title Guaranty Company for the past 11 years, managing the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing the operations of the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., offices, and focusing on new and existing relationships. The region averages $3.5 billion in annual transactional volume for commercial assets. While devoted to his professional work, Gilligan is equally passionate about giving back, paying it forward by donating much of his free time to the less fortunate in Baltimore City, local arts initiatives, and to helping organize events for various business groups. He’s been recognized for his leadership with awards from The Daily Record, Baltimore Business Journal, Urban Land Institute, and National Association of Industrial Office Properties.
