Project PLASE, Inc.

Project PLASE (People Lacking Ample Shelter and Employment) addresses homelessness in Baltimore by providing temporary and permanent housing and supportive services to homeless adults and families. We serve the most vulnerable and underserved, including families, veterans, LGBTQAI+, ex-offenders, persons with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, addiction, and developmental disabilities, etc. We treat, restore and rehabilitate the whole person and empower each individual to function at the highest level possible.

Project PLASE has been serving the Baltimore homeless community since 1974, serving and housing 1,500 individuals annually. We are committed to providing our clients with well-rounded support and ensuring that all barriers to housing stability are overcome.

Our motto is “Housing & Hope for Baltimore’s Most Vulnerable.” We believe those with the most need deserve the most help.

Our fundraising initiatives include annual giving, an Annual Blanket Ball Fundraiser, event sponsors, corporate donors and partners, and donation drives. Double the work of your donation–give to our CITC Tax Credit or through the Federal or State Charities Campaigns.
