Larousse Gastronomique: The world’s greatest culinary encyclopedia. My late cousin, Chef Patrick Clark, gave me this book as a graduation present. Oreo Cookies: I won an Oreo-eating contest when I was 8 years old, and they have been my favorite ever since. Truffle Oil: I put that sh*t on everything. Socks: Anyone that knows me knows that my sock game is on 100 at all times. My socks are a true reflection of my mood on a day-to-day basis. Old Bay: Being from Baltimore, this will always be in my kitchen. Period. Meat Cleaver. This is an essential part of my knife kit.
