Meet the Editor

Christianna McCausland is the Special Sections Editor at Baltimore and Content Director of Baltimore Creative Studio. Prior to coming on staff, she spent more than 20 years as an independent journalist. Her feature articles and essays have appeared in national newspapers and consumer magazines. She won two Excellence in Journalism awards for stories published in Baltimore, “The Warden’s Story” and “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About the ER But Were Afraid To Ask.” She is the author of several institutional history books, the pictorial history book Maryland Steeplechasing, and the novel The Orchard Lover, which won a silver medal for Best New Fiction from the Association of Independent Publishers.
