Back for more: Baltimore magazine teams up with Parts & Labor for the second underground dining experience of the Hidden Kitchen series
On July 12, Baltimore magazine hosted 85 guests for an intimate five-course dinner curated by Chef Gerald Addison that both delighted the adventurous palate with plates of crispy pig ears and delivered hometown favorites such as a delicious crab cakes. Guests also enjoyed a flight of beer pairings provided by Victory Brewing Company that complimented each culinary note. VIPs were treated to a special experience with general manager Peter Wood, including a tour of the kitchen and a tasting demo with Parts & Labor exclusive treats and wine pairings. Following suit with the first Hidden Kitchen event, ticket holders were kept in the dark as to the location until the morning of the dinner.
