In honor of the patriotic holiday that is closely approaching, ELLE magazine named the best boutiques in the entire U.S. of A. For Maryland: Ruth Shaw. Although this isn’t surprising to us, we would like to thank ELLE for the recognition of this local fashion institution. Congrats to Ray Mitchener and his team at Ruth Shaw!
